Yadda Ake Ƙidaya Ƙarfin Bucket Excavator

Ƙarfin guga ma'auni ne na matsakaicin ƙarar kayan da za'a iya ɗauka a cikin guga na tona baya.Ana iya auna ƙarfin guga ko dai a cikin ƙarfin da aka buga ko kuma a tara ƙarfin kamar yadda aka bayyana a ƙasa:

Ƙarfin da aka tara an ayyana shi azaman: Jimlar ƙarfin bugun da ƙarar abin da ya wuce kima da aka tara akan guga a kusurwar 1:1 na hutawa (bisa ga SAE) ko kuma a kusurwar 1: 2 na hutawa (bisa ga CECE), kamar yadda aka nuna a hoto na 7.1 (b).Wannan ba yana nufin cewa farat ɗin dole ne ya ɗauki guga ya daidaita a cikin wannan hali, ko kuma cewa duk kayan za su sami kusurwar 1: 1 ko 1: 2 na hutawa.

Inda, Vs shine ƙarfin da aka buga, kuma Ve shine ƙarfin kayan da ya wuce gona da iri da aka tara ko dai a 1:1 ko a kusurwar 1:2 na hutu kamar yadda aka nuna a hoto 7.1 (b).

Da fari dai, daga siffa 7.2 buga iya aiki Vs daidaici za a gabatar, sa'an nan ta amfani da biyu hanyoyin SAE da CECE, biyu equations na wuce haddi kayan girma ko iya aiki Ve daga siffa 7.2.A ƙarshe ana iya samun ƙarfin tulin guga daga lissafin (7.1).
