Trapezoidal bucket, also known as V-ditch bucket or V bucket, is named by the design which features a trapezoidal appearance.
Applied Size: It’s for 1 to 50 tons under most circumstances, but we could make it larger to fit customers’ s require.
Characteristic:
a. Both blade (single or double) type and teeth type could be made for different needs.
b. The unique appearance, whose upper width is much longer than down width, allows the trench or channel to be inappropriate size and straight shape.
Features:
Reduced weight with high-quality, abrasion-resistant material.
Available from a side angle from 45° up to 66°degree.
Cutting edge mounted with two strong teeth for better soil penetration.
Ideal for trenching and landscaping.
Welding methods: mixed gas arc welding (MAG), and carbon dioxide welding (FCAW).
Employs high grade protected by Hardox (NM400）wear plates, making the bucket 2-3 times stronger and abrasion-resistant than mild steel.
Application:
Mainly applied in forming ditches in wide fields, such as waterways and roadways in government projects and forestry.
