A bucket divided into 2 parts including a jaw connected to the main part to create opening and closing, making the bucket convenient in grabbing materials.

Applied Size: Suits 1 to 50 tons’ excavator. (Could be customized for larger tonnage).
Characteristic: Connected with a hinge, the 2 parts could create a jaw-like function that makes sure that the materials could be held tightly and moved away in a most efficient and energy-saving way.

Materials: High strength alloy plate and high strength wearable board WH60A, WH60C. NM400, HARDOX450.All of the materials make the bucket become more wear-resisting.
1. Using Q345B/NM400 manganese steel, high strength and wear resistance;
2.The pin shaft adopts 42CrMo alloy steel with built-in oil passage, high strength, and good toughness;
3.The oil cylinder adopts honing pipe and oil seal, with a short working period and long service life;

Applications:
