When you use the breaker for a period of time, you will find that the breaker will have no strength or reduce the frequency, which will affect your project. You need to do the following checks.
Check and Solution:
1. Check working pressure
2. Check Gas pressure value of Back Head
3. Check Accumulator Gas pressure value
4. Check the Chisel installation is in right position absolutely
After above steps, if still feel breaker working not powerful, then try to do as below:
Try to adjust “ Adjuster Valve” on cylinder. ( the one above the outlet port on the cylinder).
1. try to undone it by everytime 0.5 turn when checking the working condition
2. Commonly to loosen / undone it by 2 or 2.5 turns in total
Kindly note: beating too fast will be not good for protecting of breaker
