Ⅲ、Considerations when buying a hydraulic plate compactor:
1. First of all, pay attention to whether its motor is imported, which is related to its use effect and life;
2. The area of the rammed plate,
The larger the area of the tamper plate, the better. If the motor is too large, it will easily increase the failure rate. If it is too small, it is easy to leak the motor. Therefore, do not let the manufacturer arbitrarily change the area of the tamper plate when purchasing;
3.Whether the bearings in the main engine are imported, the price of the high-speed hydraulic compactor, the centrifugal force is prone to cause the balls to break and slip;
4. Assembly and machining accuracy, there is an eccentric wheel in the main machine of the hydraulic plate compactor, and the rotation of the eccentric wheel must ensure that the concentricity is not greater than 0.001 mm, otherwise it is easy to get stuck and not work;
5.The oil seal must be imported from the original factory. The rotation of the eccentric wheel during operation can easily cause the temperature of the coolant to rise. The oil seal with poor quality is prone to premature aging and oil leakage;
6.Whether the main engine has a control valve (commonly known as overflow valve), the key role of this valve is to protect the motor and overload protection. In addition, the customer feels that the force is too large or too small, and can be mobilized at will.
Ⅳ、Safety Instructions
In order to ensure the use efficiency of the hydraulic plate compactor, not only maintenance work should be done well, but there are still some problems that need to be paid attention to during the use process. 1. When turning on the hydraulic plate compactor, please place the device on the object being rammed, and make sure to use a small pressure within the first 10-20 seconds. Different pressures can be selected according to the different ramming objects.
2. If the hydraulic hydraulic plate compactor needs to be kept properly when it is out of use for a long time, the oil inlet and outlet should be sealed, and it should be stored in the environment of high temperature and below -20 degrees.
3. The hydraulic breaker and fiber rod should be perpendicular to the working surface during use, and the principle of not generating radial force is the principle.
4. When the rammed object has broken or started to crack, the impact of the hydraulic plate compactor should be stopped immediately to avoid harmful “empty hitting”.
5. When the hydraulic hydraulic plate compactor is working, it is necessary to press the rammer plate on the rock and maintain a certain pressure before starting the breaker. It is not allowed to start in the suspended state.
